Please note: At this time, we can only deliver alcoholic beverages within England and Wales. Non-alcoholic products may be delivered to other parts of the UK.

Minimum Order Requirement

We require a minimum order value of £20 for all deliveries. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders every day without weekends, exclusively for delivery. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and the selected shipping method. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

For orders containing alcoholic beverages, customers must be 18 years or older. A valid form of identification may be required upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide proof of age, the order will not be delivered, and additional fees may apply.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failure to provide proof of age, we may charge a redelivery fee. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
